Android settings and troubleshooting

Configure the interface, playback behavior, remote control, and local cache.

Settings

  1. 1.Choose the interface language and adjust text and interface scale.
  2. 2.Enable EPG display in landscape orientation.
  3. 3.Set the archive seek interval and last-channel restoration.
  4. 4.Configure the clock widget: position, color, opacity, and size.
  5. 5.Choose whether the left menu overlays the video or shifts it.
  6. 6.Remap the main Android TV remote buttons.
  7. 7.Sign in or out, and review the app version and logo-cache size.

Troubleshooting

  1. 1.If playlists are missing, check that you are signed in to the correct Playzy account.
  2. 2.If EPG is outdated, use manual refresh after the request cooldown or reopen the app.
  3. 3.If a stream does not start, the source may be unavailable or may not provide archive playback.
  4. 4.Clearing application data removes local settings, EPG cache, and logo cache. Account data remains in the Playzy account.
