1. Software Description

  • Playzy is a streaming video player application designed for Windows operating systems.
  • The software allows users to:
  • - Play IPTV streams and playlists
  • - Manage channel collections
  • - Use keyboard and remote control for navigation
  • - View current program information

2. Installation and Usage

  • To install Playzy:
  • 1. Download the installer from the official website
  • 2. Run the installer and follow on-screen instructions
  • 3. Launch the application via desktop shortcut or Start menu
  • System requirements:
  • - Windows 10 or later (64-bit)
  • - 2GB RAM minimum
  • - Stable internet connection

3. License Grant

  • Vladimir Zagumennikov grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
  • - Install and use one copy of Playzy on up to 3 Windows devices you own
  • - Receive updates during the support period
  • You may not:
  • - Copy, modify, or distribute the software
  • - Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
  • - Remove any copyright notices
  • - Use the software for commercial purposes without written permission

4. Copyright Notice

  • Playzy is protected by copyright laws and international treaties.
  • All rights to the software and its source code are owned by Vladimir Zagumennikov.
  • The source code is not open for review, copying, decompilation or modification.
  • Any copyright infringement will be prosecuted by law.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

  • THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
  • We are not responsible for:
  • - Any damages or data loss resulting from software use
  • - Compatibility issues with specific hardware configurations
  • - Interruptions in IPTV service or stream quality
  • - Any third-party content accessed through the software

6. Limitation of Liability

  • In no event shall the author be liable for:
  • - Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages
  • - Loss of profits or business interruption
  • - Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions
  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.

7. Termination

  • This license is effective until terminated.
  • Your rights will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms.
  • Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software.

8. Governing Law

  • This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in courts of Moscow, Russia.
